From the Conlawprofs listserv comes the following notice of a Con-law prize competition:
Colleagues,
As our fall seminar students begin to focus on paper topics, students from the American Constitution Society have asked me to publicize a new prize competition for student papers being offered this year for papers related to the topic “The Constitution in 2020.”
The top paper submitted will receive $1,500 and an offer of publication in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. The two runners-up will receive $500 each.
Submissions are due on February 1, 2005. Further details area available at
www.law.upenn.edu/groups/acs/
and final submission information will be posted at that site in November.
Best,
Seth Kreimer
